Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at readyourmindbookshop@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damaged items

We will review each situation individually and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution when applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened consumable items
• Customized or personalized products
